01Are custom mugs dishwasher safe?
It depends on the mug and the decoration. When we send mockups we tell you the care instructions for the option you choose, so there are no surprises.
02Can you print all the way around the mug?
Yes. A wraparound print covers the full body, which works well for patterns and illustrations. Your mockup shows how it lines up near the handle.
03Can the inside or handle be a different color?
Yes, on many styles we can color the interior, rim or handle to match your brand.
04Do you give pricing for mugs up front?
We quote for your quantity and the exact mug you pick, so the number you get is the number you pay. Mockups are free.
05How long do custom mugs take?
