01When should we order merch for SXSW 2027?
Brief us by September 14, 2026 for custom builds like molded toys or custom shapes. Order most printed items by December 14, 2026. Simple items may still be possible until about January 14, 2027, depending on the product.
02Do you work on activations, not just giveaways?
We make the physical pieces: wearables, collectibles, kits and packaging. Tell us about the activation and we’ll design merch that fits it.
03When and where is SXSW 2027?

04Are you affiliated with SXSW?
No. We’re an independent custom-merch studio in New York. We make merch for companies exhibiting at SXSW and other trade shows.

Yes. Tell us about your booth and we’ll send mockups with your logo and a clear quote. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
