NRF is retail’s big January show, and it’s at the Javits Center, a short trip from our office in Manhattan. Retail people notice packaging and brand detail, so your merch should look like a product, not a freebie.

01When should we order merch for NRF 2027?
Brief us by July 12, 2026 for custom builds like molded toys or custom shapes. Order most printed items by October 11, 2026. Simple items may still be possible until about November 11, 2026, depending on the product.
02You’re in New York. Does that help for a Javits show?
Yes. We’re based in Manhattan, which makes samples, approvals and shipping to the Javits simpler. Production timing still follows the usual 2–6 months, so start early.
03When and where is NRF 2027?

04Are you affiliated with NRF?
No. We’re an independent custom-merch studio in New York. We make merch for companies exhibiting at NRF and other trade shows.

Yes. Tell us about your booth and we’ll send mockups with your logo and a clear quote. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
